Custom sales platform for selling exclusive jewlery
The pandemic made it impossible to sell high-end jewelry through in-person experiences. We partnered with Tiffany & Co. to digitalize the process, developing a sales platform that delivers an immersive, shopping experience.

Challenge
In the wake of the pandemic, Tiffany & Co. had to release their iconic Blue Book Collection, but the world was in lockdown. The usual roadshow, where clients experienced the collection, was no longer an option. With no way to host traditional in-person events, they needed a digital solution that would recreate the exclusive experience their clients expect. The challenge was to bring the luxury of high-jewelry sales into an online space.

Responding swiftly, our approach leveraged innovation and advanced technology. We crafted a virtual experience that rivaled in-person interactions, establishing a new standard of engagement in the digital landscape.
Solution
The platform featured 3D models of the jewelry, bringing the pieces to life in a way that felt immersive and engaging. Since high-jewelry purchases involve a personal touch, clients could browse and express interest in products, with the sales team following up through personalized consultations. The platform ensured introduction of their new collection in a way that felt as luxurious as an in-person showcase.

Technology Stack
We decided to use Vue.js and GSAP which delivered a dynamic interface for a luxury shopping experience. Three.js rendered immersive 3D models, letting clients explore pieces in detail. SCSS ensured a consistent design, while Laravel powered a back-end. Azure provided global cloud infrastructure scalability whilst Figma enabled rapid design iterations. This stack preserved the high-quality, luxurious experience, while providing adaptability for future growth.

Ending Remarks
We combined cutting-edge engineering with a deep understanding of luxury to bring the Tiffany experience online, without losing its exclusivity or personal touch. This project proved that with the right technology, high-end jewelry sales can be immersive, seamless, and just as magical in the digital world.
